Subject: MMC Warranty Terms & Conditions Policy

Dear Valued Customer:

All MMC products are covered by a one year limited warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship. In many cases the manufacturer warrants the raw materials in metal and poly laminates. Acrylic and polycarbonate material cannot be warranted if anything other than warm soap water or approved cleaner is used to clean the product. Cleaners/chemicals such as acetones alcohols adhesives abuse etc will damage the acrylic surface. Please reference our website for more detail. Components such as latches hinges locks etc. are covered by the manufacturer of that part.

Most parts manufactured by MMC are custom parts built to customer design and specifications. MMC will not be responsible for design or engineering issues and failure.

During this period if a part does fail please follow the guidelines listed below;

  1. Contact our plant manager or general manager concerning the alleged warranty issue.

  2. Your contact will instruct you on whether it will be rebuilt and returned returned for credit or field destroyed for credit.

  3. You will be emailed/faxed a RETURNED GOODS NOTICE that must be filled out and sent back to your contact along with any returns. Returned parts must be packaged properly to keep from being damaged from shipping.

  4. Within 48 hours you will be instructed to either return the part /parts in question or a credit will be issued and a RGA will be assigned

To help prevent warranty issues on powder coated frames/product during installation a plastic shoulder washer must be used to keep the screw head from breaking the powder coated seal. Never over tighten screws. Please reference our website for more detail.

Warranty does not apply to labor without authorization from MMC management. Warranty does not apply to accidents misuse abuse or negligence. Damaged parts in shipping are not the responsibility of MMC they must be handled by the customer with the inbound freight carrier.

Sincerely

David Smallwood
