Founded in 1987, Metal Moulding Corporation is a custom metal and plastics fabricator for the OEM marine industry.

Metal Moulding is a division of Patrick Industries, Inc., since February, 2018, and was previously owned and operated by founder Jimmy Parrish.

Since inception, we have been a major supplier to many notable marine manufacturers. Non-marine companies are also amongst our many customers.

Metal Moulding is an approved IBBI and BBG supplier. We are a member of the NMMA (National Marine Manufacturing Association) , U.S. Chamber of Commerce , and are BBB (Better Business Bureau) accredited (view BBB certificate).


Two facilities

Our main facility , which mainly produces our metal items, is located in Madison, TN, just north of Nashville, TN.

A waterjet, laser cutters, break presses, turrets and shears are just a part of the many pieces of equipment here.

We also have an in-house appliance quality powder coating operation here with a 5-stage wash system.

We have also expanded to a newer facility just a mile away from our main facility. This is our plastics division.

We have several CNC routers here. This facility works with HDPE, acrylic, PVC sheet stock and solid surface materials.

Our volume enables us to purchase poly material direct from the factory at a more competitive price.


Our team

Metal Moulding has a full staff who do our metal fabricating: shear operators, CNC and turret operators, break press operators, welders, frame fabricators, grinders, polishers, assemblers, etc.

We have a sales representatives who work directly with our customers on new and current design projects. Our sales team is willing to work at any level to help customers with design projects for a superior fit, function, cost effective and quality part.

We have designers and engineers who work directly with our customers, sales team and staff.


Production lead times

Standard Orders lead time for in-house production is typically 6 weeks.

For any parts that require outside services (anodizing, electropolishing, etc.), our lead time could be longer.


After Market Sales

Sorry, but we don't sell directly to the public. This includes all items we manufacture, replacement parts and hardware.

However, if you are interested in becoming one of our clients and plan to submit repeat orders, please contact us to obtain a credit application.

If this concerns a marine item and you need a replacement part that we made, please contact the purchasing department for the manufacturer of your boat.
They can contact us to possibly making the item and give you a quote. You pay them, and we could drop ship to you.
